OK so we all thought it. There are certain things we see before becoming a parent that we swear we will NEVER do. How funny it is that we think we know it all!! Here is my list:

• Before: I will NEVER give my child a dummy
• After: I will put ANYTHING in that noise maker so long as the screaming stops.
• Before: I will NEVER take a screaming child to the store.
• After: If I have to listen to this why not let everyone else. Misery loves company. Besides we need food!
• Before: I will NEVER feed my child fast food.
• After: If the child will eat I will take anything.
• Before: I will never let my kids out in public with snot.
• After: OMG where does it keep coming from?? I am out of tissues. Why don’t they ever have any at the mall??
• Before: I will just want to hang out with my kids ALL the time.
• After: Honey, I have this really important, uh, errand, uh, I have to, Uh … I will be back in say … 2 hours, well maybe 3.
• First baby: no you may not hold him.
• Second baby: sure hold him
• Third baby: here take him would you.
