Oat Milk v. Cows Milk…

The world has been convinced that drinking cows milk is good for our health. Given the things it does to my health and the health of my child I believe this is not really true. I feel so much better if I avoid dairy products and dairy products do awful things to my child. Many worry that taking out dairy makes it hard to get enough calcium in a diet. I have compared nutritional information of oat milk with cows milk and it clearly states there are better nutrients in oat milk than cows milk and I still believe it is easy to digest.

So here is the info side by side:

I have compared here the types I use in our house. Organic oat milk and full fat organic cows milk. (If you are going to drink cows milk I still believe that the full fats are easiest to digest. Anything closer to its natural state is easier to digest.) With all the processing that they do to cows milk I have a really hard time believing it is better for you in any way.
