Well last week they had said terrible storms on Saturday and a cloudy day for Sunday.  It wasnt looking promising.  I am happy to say the weather man was wrong!

Sat was cloudy and did rain a little bit but I was able to get lots of gardening done and Gavin got time outside.  When it rained I got some scrapbooking done and Mike and Gavin baked bread.  Very nice quiet, day.

Sunday was such a beautiful day!!!  Cool, breezy and sunny!  Mike and I gardened all morning while Gavin practiced riding his bike.  We sat out back watching and photographing the butterflies and flowers.

Then last night we went to Jefferson to see the fireworks.  Although I could feel a terrible cold coming on it turned out to be a really nice weekend.

Now this headache and terrible sore throat I have this morning is another story….
