So when I AQ starting being truly mobile and into the boys things and life in the Q family was not pleasant due to constant beatings of the smallest member I came up with a chart that worked. What I thought was funny is I had to adapt the original chart I had to make for ZQ when EQ was the same age. You see for ZQ it is just enough that he has a little star to earn. EQ didn’t really give a toss about the star and it just wasn’t working. So out of frustration one day I put a star up for ZQ for doing something nice for AQ and coicidentally at the same time EQ had hit her so I put up a frowny face for him. THAT made a difference. I guess EQ already knows he has our approaval, what he fears is loosing it. So thats how we broke through the beat on AQ stage, frowns for beatings and stars for treating her kindly. At the end of the week we added up to see who had the most stars (less of course the frowns) the boys are so competitive that was all the reward it took.
