So I went to the sex toy party that I was invited to tonight. It was great fun and I met some great people and connected even better with Carrie and a few of the other School Mom’s. Great that I have found connections to the human race again. I even met  a jewlery designer - she was good fun.

Today was errand day from hell. ZQ had to have shots and then I had to run to get a license reinstated after a non-paid parking fine - no we do not need to go into the details there! Then I had to go to the appliance places for prices on my appliances for kitchen. I must say my children handed all this tediousness very well - and were rewarded with chocolate covered sunflower seeds(thier favourites).

MIL is here babysitting for the evening and everyone is asleep in the basement in front of the “cars” movie. I assume all went well.

So my porn name for the party was my first pet name and street I grew up on,  Candy Swann, a pretty good porn star name!!! lol

When the holidays draw near I get into the spirit with songs and decorating with the kids then feel guilty that this is my favourite time of the year…. I have decided that no matter what Shannon took from this time of the year I am going to see it as it was.  New Years I will give to him but Christmas is mine. I want my kids to enjoy a magic of Christmas without the sadness that comes with the loss of a loved one. I love him and wish he were here but those that live on must be given first consideration. There will be many years for my children to understand what happened at this time of year for our family but for now they deserve the innocence of a magical Christmas.
