OK so finally figured out the problem with the electrician. Turns out the confusion was all due to the fact that there was a forman on our job that has never actually been in our house. So we finaly got it all figured and they are done. Now we are waiting on inspections. I went in to the office and begged on Monday and we are scheduled for Thursday for Electric and Plumbing then when they pass we can inspect the building. Sigh. It is almost nice to have the house to ourselves just a shame it is in such ruins.

The hardwood floor is down. I immediately put down black plastic down on it and lucky I did as minutes after I got done AQ peed on it and BQ spilt a coffee pot of water on it and as I am cleaning up all that AQ spills the boys water. lol. It was like it was being tested!

So I have lost hope that any of this will be done even before the new year.

We have had an appointment with a psycologist for ZQ and she is going to be observing ZQ at school on Thurs. She seems nice. I had my appointment with the school and it seems since I have been more careful with his diet and practicing more regular school type stuff with him and explaining what you are meant to do at school he has improved greatly. Which confirms what we originally suspected - he was just shell-shocked! The head of the school seems a little over-cautious. The teacher really seems to think he will be OK now.

We had another playdate today. Another family who also has a boy in ZQs class and one in EQs class. It went well and they got along great together.

BQ rushed around putting christmas lights up outside today before he got on the plane. It was so sweet. He has been so stressed out at work lately but really trying hard not to take it out on us. It has been really wonderful. He is away for 2 weeks in Atlanta.

Thanks Giving was fun. The kids did a Thanks Giving play. Poor EQ just stood there looking terrified. ZQ did actually did the actions and sung. They both looked adorable. They got to say what they were thankful for, ZQ with his huge heart said he was thankful for the earth and EQ mumbled that he was thankful for his family, least that is what the teacher said he said. AQ knows all the songs and is still singing them actions included. It is very cute. I have never seen a kid so into songs and actions. You have to be careful what you are doing when you are singing to her as very quickly odd things are added to the song. Like “oww - and shake your hand” in the middle of head, shoulders, knees and toes… lol.

Read 2 good fun novels. First time in a while I have read anything that wasn’t about parenting or health. Nice break and now I am on to the new Stephen King book and the 6 wives of Henry. Interesting combination - lol. And yes I often readAfter Henry I am surprised the royal family even blinked at Dianna wanting a divorce!

Think that is about it for us. I have so much going on I can barely think straight.
